Phones

Hey guys I'm trying to figure out what phone I should buy and in what service. I'm getting really serious about blogging and supporting you guys also that I want to do it on the go also.

Thinking of getting this, not sure though

I've been seeing the Virgin Mobile commercials that say they have unlimited text, email, web, and data for 25 dollars a month. Yea, it sounds fuckin' SWEET!!! But I don't know if their service is good over here in New York City so if anyone could let me know I'll appreciate it. But I also want to know...

What phone service has the best deal and service and what phone should I get??? Answer in the comments below and stay tuned!

  1. not sure about plans, but in terms of phones, i love androids over blackberries and iphones personally. Especially android pro, which is the one i got, has both touch screen and keyboard and u can still do fun things w the apps

  4. Metro PCS (if you can get it in your area) is always the cheapest.

  6. I've got Verizon, and am happy with it for the time being, but they stopped their "New Every Two" plan where you get a new phone every two years, so I'm not sure if I'm going to stick with them, or not.

  13. If you plan to blog from your phone, I find a physical keyboard is 10x easier to use then a touch screen when it comes to typing. I have a Blackberry on T-Mobile and it works wonderfully for what I want it to do. Androids might be better though, they have been getting better adapted to the phones being put out. Maybe go to a store, check out how a few handle and make a decision.

  21. I don't have a lot of experience with high end phones, but then again why do you need one?

  24. As far as companies, I'm also with Verizon. I've been with them for a couple of years now and have a grand total of one dropped call. I don't know about the phones, man. Mine makes calls and that's about it. Not really into the smart phone thing.
